My approach to posture is different from most. I don't believe corrective exercise alone is enough — and in many cases, targeted strength training fixes postural problems faster and more durably than traditional rehab movements ever could. Building the right muscles, in the right order, with the right load — that's what actually changes how your body holds itself.
