I’m David Bernard, a Posture & Ergonomics Specialist and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) dedicated to helping individuals and organisations overcome the physical challenges of modern sedentary lifestyles.
Before specialising in this field, I spent many years working in large, fast-paced corporate environments. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the physical demands employees face daily—long hours at a desk, high levels of stress, and workspaces that are often not designed with health in mind. Today, this insight allows me to support both companies and individuals with practical, real-world solutions.
My approach focuses on identifying the root cause of discomfort rather than simply addressing symptoms. Whether the issue stems from workstation setup, equipment, work habits, body positioning, or mobility limitations, I provide tailored strategies that create meaningful and lasting improvements.
With a strong background in sport and performance, including years of competitive athletic experience and coaching, I bring a movement-focused perspective that supports efficient, resilient, and sustainable wellbeing.
