1 — Body assessment & interview — 60 min
Full movement and posture assessment (online or face to face). Deep conversation about your goals, lifestyle, history, and any pain or limitations.
2 — Program walkthrough — 60 min
You receive a fully structured monthly program built specifically around your body, your goals, and your schedule. Every exercise includes coaching cues and my own video references so you know exactly how to perform each movement — safely and effectively — on your own.
We also check the program together to make sure everything is clear, or if there is any question.
3 — Train for the month
You follow your program at your own gym or space. The program is your coach — everything you need is in there. If you want to train alongside me to check form, ask questions, or simply stay accountable, you can book individual sessions at any time.
4 — Monthly reassessment & new program
After one month, we reassess. How did your body respond? What progressed? What needs adjusting? A new program is built for the next month — always evolving, always improving. Kaizen in practice.
